Overview
Each item is made to order especially for you once your purchase is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is produced with care.
Because items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Sizing
All garments are produced specifically for each order, so we cannot accept returns or refunds due to incorrect sizing.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to help you choose the best fit.
Change of Mind
As items are custom made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong colour or design

Deciding you no longer want the item
Thank you for understanding that made-to-order production prevents us from restocking returned items.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. However, if your item is unworn and in original condition, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.
If approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

An item is confirmed faulty or incorrect and cannot be replaced, or

A return is approved by us in advance

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, the item must be sent back to us in its original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are only processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We do not issue refunds before the returned item is received.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Item Condition
If a return is approved, items must be:

We may request that the item is returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Colour & Print Variations
Minor variations in print placement or tone are normal in made-to-order production and are not considered faults.
Shipping
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.
