- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under £100  

- All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible  

- Delivery times may vary depending on location and demand  

- Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched  

Please note that during busy periods or new collection launches, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags)  

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order  

- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty  

- Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed
